Part of our work at the Healthy Memphis Common Table is to report information to the public about the quality of health care in our community.
- Those who give care need information to better understand what they do well and what they need to improve.
- Those who get care need information to make decisions about what good care is and how to get it.
- Those who pay for care need information about the quality and price of care in order to determine whether health care delivers value that's worth the investment.
What is good care?
People need different kinds of care, and some kinds of care are better than others. Good care is when people get the health care they need when they need it the most.

What do these ratings tell me about the quality of care? These ratings show how many patients seen in a medical office got the care they needed. Some medical offices provide better care than others. Medical offices with the most stars give the highest quality care. This information is not a complete review of any medical offices and should not be used as your only source when making health care decisions. |
